Turkey time smoke start ??'s

Just wondering when people start their turkey on Thanksgiving day. I have a fresh 15 lb bird ready to go into the brine tomorrow nite. Thursday is my only day off for 3 weeks. I would really like to sleep on thursday and was thinking of putting the bird in at 1-2 am on wednesday and waking up
to a cooked bird rather than getting up at 6am to start the process. What times do you start your birds at? I have to be at my sister in laws at 1:30 - 2:00 with the cooked bird. She lives 10 minutes from me.

It depends on the temp your going to cook at, low and slow 6am or earlier would be the correct time but if you are going to cook at 350 then the cook would be 3 to 5 hours.
