Had some time and decent weather, so I thawed out a Tenderloin.. Prepared the Grill by using the Vortex, creating an indirect cooking area. It was on for a total of 55 minutes, rested 5 and sliced up with some Taters and Peas...I like how this thing works so well.. I am glad I got it.. Only thing that would have tasted better would have been some gravy over the meat/potatoes...
