Turkey help


 
I have a 7 lb turkey breast that I want to smoke this weekend. I bought one that said "All Natural". I get home, take a closer look, and see that it has been moisture enhanced with a 15% solution.

To brine or not? Suggestions?
 
I wouldn't bother trying to brine an enhanced turkey. The solution in the bird will make it tender and if you brine it you don't might end up with an overly salty bird.
