Turkey BABEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Just put a 16 lb turkey in the bullet. Injected with broth/melted butter/seaoning mix, rubbed with onion/garlic/pepper. Smokin' over cherry at 325-350.

I've done brined bone in breast before but first time injecting and doing a whole turkey.

Darling wife is making the stuffing/sweet potatoes/apple pie!!!!
