Turkey 2021 and other stuff

So I wet brined a couple turkeys overnight. Rinsed and seasoned them up. On the SmokeFire at 300. Fingers crossed. Will post more pics as we go.

After an hour basted with seasoned butterhome stretch, switched to roaster pans rebasted with drippings. Added butter.

Looks like you got plenty of spices on it. Should be good.

Just put mine on the Traeger. Will be posting a pic when it's done. If I remember

Excellant color plus the bird looks to be moist not dry . You did very well on these .
