Well I went to the store to find something to grill. I decided to try some chicken patties since they looked good in other posts, so I got these



Not sure if I would like them so I thought I would get a pork tenderloin, premarinated, just in case. I grabbed a peppercorn one, but apparently this was mixed in with the pork and I didn't catch it til I got home



So anyway, threw some potatoes in a CI pan, put the beef on and wrapped some asparagus with some bacon. After everything cooked for a little while, threw on 2 of the chicken patties which I added Weber's Kick N Chicken to.




The chicken patties were good, put them on some rolls with cheese and bbq sauce. The beef tenderloin was awesome, I am hooked on that now

Here it all is plated (just a sample of the beef, gonna save the rest for sandwiches tomorrow)

It all looks good.
I was surprised how I took to chicken burgers after
Dr. made me cut back on red meat.

However, I reserve the right to have a BIG OL HONKIN
PRIME DRY AGED RIBEYE on my birthday. (Will May ever get here?)

I like asparagus best that way. I soak it in olive oil and lemon juice first, then add sesame seed, garlic powder and pepper. I think most people do smaller batches wrapped with the bacon but since it's just me I just did it all in one wrap
