Trimmed tonight, how should it be in the fridge overnight?

Is it okay just in a glass "pan" or do I need to wrap this thing with plastic wrap to keep it from drying out?

I trimmed the exterior fat and silver skin. That was it. Plan on getting up in about six hours to start. Do I need to wrap it or is it fine sitting in a glass dish in the fridge?

Yeah, didn't have any wrap so I just dropped them in vacuum seal bags (squeezed one in) and sealed them that way. Gonna be an early morning...

I always cover it with something so it doesn't absorb any off flavors or odors. I like Glad press & seal better than PW, easier to use and handle IMO.
