Tried Spinning a Turkey breast last night

Kept it simple with just some coconut oil spray and dry rub. Excellent.

Thanks. Not really much to it. I heated to 550 with 3 burners and killed the middle burner and let it drop to 350-400 and put the bird on to spin.
1.5 hours max. This is the rub I used. It's good.

I have some kind of gizmo for that stuff tooAlthough I really should use it more often.
