The best bbq'd chicken I think I've ever had was at a Lion's Club BBQ in Southern Oregon over the 4th of July. We go every year. I tried to get their recipe, but it's a secret. I can understand that. Over the years I've tried to replicate it and have gotten pretty close. That is my "go to" recipe. Then, last night, I tried the Roadside Chicken recipe I've seen all over the place on this board. I substituted AC Vinegar for the White Vinegar as it was all I had. I've got to say, I think it was the tastiest recipe for bbq'd chicken I've ever done. My hats are off to you guys. I've learned so much since participating on this board. I'll post a few pic's. Didn't take may pic's on this cook. Did the chicken with some grilled asparagus and some store bought (sorry) mashed potatoes. Here goes.
Got the chicken going.

Chicken done.

Grilled up some asparagus.

Plated and ready to eat. Thanks again.

Thanks for looking.
