Tri Tips & ABTs

Keeping it simple tonight... The thing I hate about four day weekends is that they end.

The tri tips were dusted with the Szeges steak rub, the ABTs were stuffed with cc, the last of the smoked mussels, Worcestershire and Tamazula Hot sauce. I also grilled a head of Romaine lettuce (from the garden), oiled, S & P and some more Tamazula



I was goin' for the indirect/sear, an' I think I got pretty close. ABTs & TTs have been on for a bit, here comes the lettuce
