Here's a tri-tip dinner I cooked on Saturday on the Weber kettle.
Fuel: Royal Oak lump
Protein: 2.04 lb. Tri-tip roast
Seasoning: Kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder
Sides: Baby portabellas, sweet onion, baked potato, roasted broccoli, roasted cauliflower
Tri-tip was cooked to 130 degrees internal and then reverse seared.
Everything turned out great!
