Howdy folks, just a quick few pics of Sundays dinner! My Costco sells these wonderful strips of Tri-tip which has become a stable around my place! Yep Bob got some more kirkland burbon and poured one for u! Any how...easy salt and pepper on the meat w/ a little olive oil and put it in time out for about an hour! Started the grill and started the sear!

Added some asparagus (soaked in white wine, oil and S&P!) and started heating up a CI for some mushrooms.

Have a great week!

Take care.

Fine job Morgan! That garlic bread looks fantastic! Please share your technique. I have never been able to make a great G bread. I have had limited success. We like it crunchy and a little brown on top like yours. It looks like you mastered it. Thanks!

Thanks for the great response! I was actually running low on charcoal and struggled to keep the temps up the whole cook ( being stingy while waiting for the home depot sale to come on)!

Shaun... Basic fresh bread with some butter and Italian seasoning and garlic, wrapped it in foil and into the oven at 400 for about 10 minutes, when I unwrapped it it wasn't quite there so a kicked the broil button and set on the top rack for maybe 2 or 3 minutes( u really got to keep your eye on it or it will be blackened French bread!)

Thanks for looking!
