Tri-tip steak again!

These Costco Tri-tips are my favorite! After a long day of working on the boat I needed some beef! So just a few Tri tips with some S&P indirect with a bit of cherry wood smoke.

Mike actually they come like that from the store! Costco sells strips of 6 or 8 of them which has been a stable round here for some time!

Thanks, Jim, for rubbing the fact in you can get Alaskan up in your neck of the pasture....I'm bummed!
I went to the Alaskan website & see they have actually expanded their distribution quite a bit.....
Sigh, maybe someday.

Another rason I gotta get my Costco card renewed! Great looking cook!
Haven't looked for where I buy my beer, but due to by my monthly 6 pack - I only drink 1 beer a week, Friday night, when I get home from work. the other two leftover beers go into cooking projects. Will check to see if they have any Alaskan.
