Tri tip on the performer.

Today we did a tri tip. Seasoned with webers smokey mesquite. 3 chunks of hickory and pulled once temp hit 135. Any lower an wife won't eat it . Plated with frijoles puercos and jalapenos and little onions. Thanks for looking.

It's not June 9 th and 10th. It must be last years then. I will look into the June 4th one.
