Seems like several members cooked on old timers this past weekend, so I fired up my new to me old blue.

2.5 potatoes on first. (one was half bad)

Asparagus foiled with a bit of water, lemon juice, and seasoning salt.

Stubb's Beef marinated tri tip on with some hickory wood for smoke.

Everything was taken off, more coals were added, then the tri was finished off mostly direct, open hood, and flipped often.

Sliced.

And served with garlic bread.

A very tasty Sunday dinner!

My only problem was with this being a well trimmed roast, I missed the grain change on a couple of slices before adjusting.

Thanks for stopping by!
