Traditional St Louis Pork Steaks


 
That's exactly the way my dad taught me, Bob. Must be the St. Louis way... Dad and I were both born there. I still do them this way - no need to deviate from the path!

We'll be in your neck of the woods in September - we're going to visit my uncle and aunt in Wentzville, MO.
