Torn Grommet

Hi all. I stupidly yanked several of my temperature probes out of the grommet in haste (I was cold) at once, rather than one at a time, and it tore the grommet. Since it was a total pain in the a$$ to get it in there in the first place, I’m hoping to not have to replace it. Can anyone recommend a glue or cement that would bond the tear? See image.

Chris offers two excellent options. Refitting a new grommet won’t be a big deal but…wait for warmer weather.
