Of all the pics I saw today, John Solak's probably made me the most hungry! Trying to find a good tri-tip in these parts for some reason is like asking for a bone in ribeye! So a good top sirloin roast had to do, and was yummy! Thanks John! A little royal oak and a very nice day. Used my lime Thermapen. The fastest thing here in the south...
