Applewood smoked turkey legs, injected with Tony Chachere's Butter and Jalapeno Injectable Marinade and rubbed with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Smoked/roasted them in my 18.5" WSM between 325-350 for a little over 2 hours. Tasted great, take a look!
Butter and jalapeno injection tasted great! You can really taste the jalapeno in the meat, its not really spicy or overwhelming either. I would definitely use it again!
man what a way to break in that WSM! i'm gonna have to add that to my list too, just asked the wife if she likes turkey legs..."no" I'll have to do them anyways, one for the boys i guess
