It is my 20th anniversary and I decided on making some tomahawk steaks. These beauties were 3 pounds each! I used some Meat Church rubs and grilled 'em on my Weber kettle. They were amazing!
I’m 53 and feel it after eating heavy red meat. So it’s less and less red meat these days. And more seafood and poultry and grilled veggies.I could start on Monday and still be eating around the bone come Sunday.
At my age I just can not eat heavy meats much anymore.
But I were 50 I would polish this off.
