Tomahawk Steaks - 3 pounds each!

It is my 20th anniversary and I decided on making some tomahawk steaks. These beauties were 3 pounds each! I used some Meat Church rubs and grilled 'em on my Weber kettle. They were amazing!

I picked these bad boys up at Wild Fork. Total cost delivered – $54! Highly recommended. I went to Whole Foods and Stew Leonard, and they wanted $27 per pound!

I doing Xmas dinner for 8 adults and 3 kids, and need some ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I could start on Monday and still be eating around the bone come Sunday.
At my age I just can not eat heavy meats much anymore.
But I were 50 I would polish this off.

I’m 53 and feel it after eating heavy red meat. So it’s less and less red meat these days. And more seafood and poultry and grilled veggies.
