Nice medium/medium rare, I need to do a Tomahawk again soon after seeing this! Why did you use that special pan to sear, better results for grill marks? Less chance if flare up?

They are called grill grates. They give nice grill marks and are great for burgers.
 
Looks great! Looks like you finished it with a chimichurri sauce. What was in yours?
1/4 bunch parsley/ 1/4 bunch cilantro /3 garlic cloves/salt / pepper/ 1/4 cup olive oil/ 4 tbs of red wine vinegar/ red pepper flakes
