I have the next 2 days off so am working on the teachers gifts we always make up a pulled pork basketrs for both of my sons teachers with pulled pork, buns, and homemade salsa, they have always seemed to enjoy it, we also make pulled pork baskets for the grandparents and my wives brothers, so i am smoking 5 pork butts today alonfg with a couple of fatties for a snack tonight, and tomorrow i will be making 12 quarts of salsa, i have a busy couple of days but i love it

Well I fugured since i have 2 why not use 2 but yes i have been known to do lare amounts of pork on 1 WSM as I recall you are not too bad at it either
 
You're more generous than I am. I'd probably send each teacher a nice card that says, "In the spirit of Christmas, a rack of ribs has been eaten in your name by..."

no...but we were just awarded the new zero-emminsions coal fired power plant called futuregen after 2 years of waiting it was narrowed down to 2 sits in illinois Mattoon and Tuscols and 2 in texas Jewett and odessa and Mattoon just got it, so we will have 150 permanent jobs and 1200 construction jobs in the next 4 years what do ya think want to work in a power plant, check out their website at futuregenalliance.org
 
Well Jason, I heard about the new Power Plant - hope it does good for you personally.

Since I retired from St Louis Public Schools (SLPS), I really am not to keen on the idea of working at all as SLPS now sends me money each month for NOT working for them
