Interesting rub.

I did a rub of Tellicherry pepper, garlic, onion, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, citrus peel and cayenne.

Like it and da wings turned out great.

Thanks Jeff. I sort of took inspiration from chinese five spice and shichimi togarashi
