Time to start planning for WSM Smoke Day 11

I had planned to do a brisket, but (thankfully) we have been getting lots of rain with the weekend forecast calling for another round of severe thunderstorms Sat, Sun, and Mon so cooking anything for 12+ hours is out.
We picked up two racks of baby backs earlier this evening and unless it rains all day I will get them smoked even if I have to transfer them into the oven after they are wrapped.

Just fired up my 18 WSM and put in 2 shoulders for a party tomorrow. I have a picture of them pre, but will save for a pre/ post shot. Also have 6 racks of ribd to throw in there around 10:30am when the shoulders come off. So excited!!!
