Time to Cook

I am new and was reading one of the threads about the amount of time needed to cook. If you cook ribs at 250 degrees does it take the same amount of time to cook 5 racks of ribs as it does 1 rack.

Simply put; Yes.

As long as they aren't touching, or so close together that the heat can't be evenly distributed.

5 racks may be more of a heat sink, but not so much that you would struggle to keep your temps up.

I did 6 racks using two rib racks and it was no problem. Same amount of time.
