Tilapia?


 
We did some on the grill the other night wrapped in Prosciutto with a squirt of lemon juice and some salt and pepper. It was good.
 
I second the fish tacos. Although the ones we do aren't nearly as elegant as Tony R's (or should I say Maribel's?!), tilapia is a very mild fish and is perfect for tacos!
 
Thanks for the idea's. We did them on the grill, with a little oil,S&P, and put it on foil.
