Nice work! I miss TJ/Baja street food. Use to love early morning glass paddle outs at K38. It's been awhile and I can't remember the name. But once it blew out. We would head a little south and grab killer Carne' Asada, fish and lobster tacos with a beer. It was three bucks a plate.

Hi Mr. Lampe! The tortillas are fresh mini corn tortillas made in house at the market where I got the rest of the ingredients. They have a real soft texture and are real good!
