Just talked to Weber, they had me do some test on the middle section, had to turn the middle section upside down on a flat surface to see if it sat flat, it was rocking so they said it was out of round and will be sending me a new one! They also said the lid might be out of round and since i chipped it the first time I tried to put it on, they'll send a new one of those also. She said it was her second call in the last few days that maybe they have a bad run of them. The customer service experience was much better than when I had the out of round on my 18". Glad they have their phone people informed of possible problems, also she had ate food off the 22" wsm at the office!
