Throw down Ribs

Saw a repeat of Bobby Flay's where the competitor smoked his ribs for about 4 hours then put a gas grill to sear & slightly char them. He then sauces & seared/charred the sauce. I already had a butt on the mini so I added 2 racks BB ribs , smoked about 3 hours then seared. Very tasty & a good change of pace.
My house hold was in full party mode & only pic was of the single leftover rib

I hope you ate that sad, lonely rib after you took the pic. It looks good - I'd have certainly found room for it in my belly.
