Thoughts on flipping a Genesis 3 burner natural gas

I can get a good price on this grill. What are your thoughts on getting this as a project to clean up and flip? My big concern is the Natural Gas aspect. I am not sure they are in high demand. Other than the regulator, manifold and "maybe" the burner tubes, is there anything else that would be different from a propane grill. If nothing else, it is probably a good parts grill for my other propane grills.
Would I be stupid to pass it up for $25.00. I have no way to test it, since I dont have natural gas. I don't really want to get into the hassle of trying to convert it to propane though. So it would be a clean up and resale as is or just a parts grill.

Should I pursue it?

For $35 it's worth it in parts alone. Worst case if you NEED or WANT an LP version either buy or swap with someone for the manifold and regulator/hose and you're golden. I do stuff like this all the time with my business www.themixerdoc.com and many times buy a machine that is pretty hopeless for dirt cheap. Even little ancillary parts like drive pins, screws, Jesus clips and so on are great to have on hand. What to lose for $25?
 
Yep yep yep. All the parts are the same except for the valves/manifold/orifices, regulator (if it has one) and that one would be minus then tank hanger. I'd definitely spend the $25 on it.
 
I've swapped out manifolds and valves on here with some of my forum friends. If you truly want to change it to LP you could try that. If you just want to flip it try CL and other sale sites. I have had good luck flipping NG grills and yes the demand isn't as strong as LP but then again you're not trying to unload 10 of them. For $25 I would jump on it.
 
I lost out on it. Waited too long. Oh well, I will know in the future. I already have two similar propane grills in the garage that with either be redone or used for parts, so, yes, I likely already have two donor grills if I had wanted to convert that thing. Too bad for me though...:)
