Pammi and I are going to try and eat healthier. We aren't going to cut out all the good stuff,but just be smarter about the whole food thing. But we decided to have one last fling! Pammi wanted blue cheese juicy lucy's! Who am I to deny her? 
So I went and got a nice chuck steak and ran it through the grinder. It came out very nice.

Seasoned with Weber's Gourmet Burger seasoning. I really like that stuff!

Topped with some pimento like cheese that we got at Trader Joe's and served on pretzel rolls from there. As usual,no plated pics,but,oh my goodness! These were almost as good as my birthday burgers!
So today,I put a turkey breast on the WSM. Seasoned with salt,pepper,garlic and onion powders,it was cooked over a chimney of K,with a little more poured on top and my last chunk of apple. It settled in at 325* and here it is after an hour.

I put a couple foiled taters on at that time and an hour and a half later,we ate. Still no plated pic,but that sucker was good! Thanks for looking everyone!
