I just picked up this project i cant believe how bad it is but with good bones it will live again. she said she used it last year. ya right...... i am looking for parts if any one has any please reach out thanks and happy grilling.... Patrick San Jose Calif

I had a guy tell me that the redhead I picked for “Free” “lit off just fine!” There we’re splits in the burners from stem to stern! It was trash, the box was OK the lid was restorable frame was rubbish but, I did get a few parts. The price was right.
 
I hope you are right about the "good bones." Looks to me like a lost cause firebox. Maybe Weber will help you before they run out of them. If you do like the last restore and work very hard it CAN be a nice grill again. But, that won't come easy - or cheap. I hope you can pull it off! Keep us posted with progress pictures.
