Sigh. If only I'd held out another week, I would have saved $20 NZD. Oh well, I needed the food probes by Xmas, and with delays to international shipping these days, couldn't wait!
 
I just bought some stocking stuffers for my BBQ wolf pack. Hopefully my buddies will see the light and pitch their cheapo meat thermometers. I also bought a different meat probe for my smoke-X. I think they include the big awkward angle style probes with the smoke x to create the market for the shorter probes.... Looking forward to having the smaller probe as an option.
