I don't. I just did about a 4 hr cook with one probe in a ham and the indicator still says full on the probe and the booster.Do you guys that own the ThermoPro Tempspike, do you keep it plugged in between uses?
That was my thought too. Lithium batteries seem to explode into flames all on their own. How do they survive a grill?One weird thing is, LiON batteries are so touchy about temps. (too hot/cold) How do they survive being placed in a hot grill?
