Thermometer for my rotisserie


 
Not that brand but I have an Inkbird INT-11P-B wireless probe, and it works great. Have used it several times with consistently good results. One thing I will caution you about is that it's normal on this type of thermometer for the ambient temperature to read low at the start and gradually rise during the cook, usually reaching very close to the actual ambient at the end.

Just checked and Amazon has the Inkbird for the same price.
