Chris, you’ve gotta stop! In in for a Dot, Big Loud Timer, five Thermopops! I’ve got to restrain myself but, this forum has become a source for me to find the kindest, most well meaning, bunch of enablers ever put on God‘s green Earth!
I used to tell my wife that if we start the car it cost fifty bucks. Now? It’s read the forum spend $200!
I would not change things for the world!

Themoworks has been discounting their One pretty frequently, and ThermoPro seems to have the Lightning on perpetual sale. They are both really nice based on my personal use. Which one you like better depends on our taste and whether you see Thermoworks as the "real deal" vs. ThermoPro as just an upstart. I have only good to say about Thermoworks, but I would also say that ThermoPro is trying very hard to be a serious contender with real customer service rather than just another here today, gone tomorrow purveyor of imported electronics.
