Other than some burgers and brats last night on the gasser I haven’t come near my BBQ’s in far too long…had to do something tonight to awaken the feeling of grilling over coals. Fired up the Performer with some KBB and had a beverage!924FC7B8-67B4-4735-AD92-7AC73192F7A1.jpeg
Did a very basic Worcestershire topper with some beef rub and some good pepper. Did indirect with some oak.
