Other than some burgers and brats last night on the gasser I haven’t come near my BBQ’s in far too long…had to do something tonight to awaken the feeling of grilling over coals. Fired up the Performer with some KBB and had a beverage!
Did a very basic Worcestershire topper with some beef rub and some good pepper. Did indirect with some oak.
Sliced some onions with some olive oil and salt and then seared the beef at the end to about 140+Roasted some cauliflower and opened some very inexpensive vino! My oldest son turned it all into a sandwich!
