You can go as high at 400, but depending on the breading, you could burn the breading. I typically go at 375. I've had them only take 45 minutes and I've had them take over an hour, just depends on size I guess. I personally like them with an internal temp of 175, but done is 165. I would be sure to not undercook them, make sure you get to at least 165 before pulling them. Skin on, bone in thighs
