Chris did the WAGU pastrami, so I did the AUTO-COSTCO Shenson offering.
Soaked overnight.
Smoked with cherry to 175F.
Wrapped and refrigerated over night.
Steamed to 205.
Made Rubens.... raspberry sweet rolls for dessert.
