The other COSTCO pastrami

Chris did the WAGU pastrami, so I did the AUTO-COSTCO Shenson offering.
Soaked overnight.
Smoked with cherry to 175F.
Wrapped and refrigerated over night.
Steamed to 205.
Made Rubens.... raspberry sweet rolls for dessert.

Looks great, Mark! I made up some Shenson faux-strami a couple of weeks back, and it turned out great. Not sure we'll see the Snake River stuff go on sale or not, but I'd like to try that, too, if it drops from the current price.

Nice looking sandos and sweet rolls!

That looks fantastic. Got a Costco Bailys sitting in the freezer waiting for the right time to do the pastrami thing.
