Been taking pics, but haven't had time to post 'em. I picked up my first couple bags of RO lump and I'm liking it a lot. So here goes:
Sunday. Surf and...well, surf. Tuna steak and shrimp - both soaked in a citrus herb marinade. Baby Bok Choy (inspiration from TVWB members) with a touch of sesame oil, fresh squeezed OJ, salt and pepper. Cooked the seafood a bit much, but it was still good.
Monday: Weber's Bone in Ribeye with sweet, pan roasted garlic - only I used a boneless, first cut NY Strip. Used some of the garlic olive oil on the asparagus along with a little S&P.
Tonight: Red beans and rice. Lampe has motivated me to do more veggies on the grill. So I coated some anaheims, bells and tomatoes in olive oil, dusted with a little Adobo and roasted them on the Performer with some apple wood. Marinated some BSB's in a garlic, citrus "cuban" style marinade.
