The Great Chicago Fire Hot Dog

I really like Chicago Style Hot Dogs. Combine that with my love of spicy hot sauce and spiral cut dogs and we get these.

I started with 4 nice 100% all beef 1/4 pound hot dogs and spiral sliced them. Pictured with all the toppings including the Heartbreaking Dawns Mauvais Sang (Bad Blood) at over 1 million scovilles.

Fully dressed. Notice how nicely the spiral cut holds the sport peppers.

Beauty's! Ever tried the ghost peppers? I planted some seeds hoping theyll survive.

Spiral cut? Man, never heard/seen of it. Love it! I just finished lunch, but I could go for one or three of those...
 
Great spiral cut on those dogs!! I need a lot more practice to make mine looks any where near as good as yours. You can keep those peppers, too hot for me!
 
Brad, I used Hebrew National. they are not a true 1/4# either. 3 ounces if my math is correct. Is it even legal to use New York dogs to make Chicago style?
