If ever there was an argument for supporting local small pork farmers and meat lockers, "with up to 10% of a solution of pork broth, salt & natural flavor" qualifying as "minimally processed" is it.

Mark, I'm hoping that "auto Costco" means that the pork was picked for you and not by you. Forget the chops, lose that pork in a pot of Sunday Gravy.

We always use stove top stuffing's and a good cheese, haven't made none in a long time but I see some in my minds eye lol

My son lives with us and works in the meat department for the local COSTO. When we need anything, we text and !poof!, there it is..... AUTO COSTCO!!

Wife be I are so spoiled.... but as Brad pointed out, we need to read labels more closely.

Yeah, that smaller print's used for a reason! I think I spend a quarter of my time in the grocery store just squinting at labels...

Well... made braised, stuffed pork chops with gravy on the stove. Son was happy and I got the slab of ribs. I kind of cheated... streusel topped apple pie for dessert.
