I just cleaned up the grates and the water pan in the smoker when it dawned on me. I just had the best Thanksgiving diner, EVER!!!
If it wasn't for this site and the folks here, my great cooking day would not have taken place.

I would like to express my appreciation as well. I just finished serving & eating some homemade pulled pork using the knowledge and wisdom of TVWBB.com and the many member's contribution. My most important and harshest food critics (my 3 young kids) love the pulled pork even though I overdosed the rub with too much dry mustard.

It's too bad we can't have a huge TVWBB potluck. I would have the biggest doggie bag...
