Thanksgiving part 2

Looks like it turned out great, Mike! Did you do anything special with it or did you stick more to traditional flavors?
We just tried the Cornish Game Hens with Peach Glaze that's on this site. I used apricot jam instead of peach because I had it on hand. I also put the hens in a gallon freezer bag, added olive oil and then a generous amount of the recipe's rub and let this marinate about 4 hours before putting on the smoker. This is a great recipe!! Only thing was that the recipe said to cook the hens to 150 internal. I'm pretty sure that all poultry should go to 160 internal.
