Great looking bird Gary. Your big kettle is perfect for That kind of cook looks much better than my bird I have never tried doing one with stuffing installed beautiful color.

Thanks again everyone. Kevin there are several ways to cook them. I now prefer the kettle because I can control temps better. If I was cooking without stuffing I would cook vertical on the WSM but I love dressing in the bird. That's the way I grew up. It's an easy cook today with the temp probes and a thermapen.
