Thanks again everyone. Kevin there are several ways to cook them. I now prefer the kettle because I can control temps better. If I was cooking without stuffing I would cook vertical on the WSM but I love dressing in the bird. That's the way I grew up. It's an easy cook today with the temp probes and a thermapen.
