Had to try firecracker chicken after seeing your post a couple of weeks ago. It's very good.

Seasoned boneless chicken thighs last night.


Onto the grill.


Getting there.


And onto the plate.



All the sides were out of a can or box and cooked on the stove because I can't do the 5 course thing on the grill.
