To show my support to my favorite baseball team, I decided to name my ribs after them.
First, since the women of my life asked for ribs last week (after watching DDD), I jumped on the occasion to please her. (I usually eat ribs by myself while she's having something else)
made a rub based on that particular episode that you can find here: http://tvwbb.com/eve/forums?a=...=424102517#424102517
For smoke, I used mesquite wood chunk. Cooked the ribs for about 4 hours at 225-250.
Put a comercial sauce for the last 30 minutes on mine.
Wife wanted them sweeter so we put honey and more brown sugar on hers. Too sweet to my taste but with extra bbq sauce on it, it tasted good.
The sky was very gray yesterday morning so I prepared the grill in advance in case it started to rain.

Rub in a big bowl!

These are the ribs and tips off the rack rib after I basted them with sauce (left) and honey (right)

Now, being supersitious, I guess I'll have to eat them every game day. Rangers record eating the Rangers ribs 1-0.
