BAM!!!!! Hell you even got that dumb plastic pop up thing to work... Look great, how did it taste?

I purchased the 22.5WSM the Saturday before Thanksgiving and put it right to work.....love it, and the turkeys (2) were perfect, even made some smoked turkey n rice soup with the leftover crumbs

If this is just a test i hate to see when you get good Dam that is a pretty bird. I love a good smoked turkey.
