Marinating some wings in a bath of Teriyaki

Onto the kettle for indirect

Here the wings go for a few on direct

Here are the wings after cooking direct for a couple of minutes to tighten up the skin.

Here they are about to get a little more sauce

All sauced, yeah I know you can't tell unless you look close but a light glaze of teriyaki

Here is your bowl, enjoy!
