Marinated some strip steaks in Teriyaki glaze, Moore's marinade and a little OJ for a couple of hours. Rinsed & dried them, then sprinkled with a little garlic salt & Penzey's Forward before grilling over half a chimney of KBlue and a chunk of pecan wood. Found a nice veggie blend of yellow & orange carrots, red bell peppers & green beans and grilled them in my grill pan with a spritz of butter pan spray & Penzey's Mural of Flavor, and glazed with a little Teriyaki sauce. Another quick & healthy meal thrown together and ready in no time!
